EP 17 \ Trust Your God-Given Instincts! How To Know Your Baby’s Position WITHOUT An Ultrasound In The Third Trimester
Have you ever had a provider feel around on your belly to find your baby's position? I hope you have, but you might not have in today's world where we rely way too much on technology and not enough on our own hands and brains. What they're doing is called Leopold's Maneuver which helps them determine position and also gives them an idea of where it will be easiest to hear the baby's heart. They've been trained to do this, but guess what -- you can know your baby's position too without training because you are mama and God gave you knowledge and instincts. You don't need any fancy equipment. You don't need someone else to tell you if your baby's head is down. You don't need to pay hundreds of dollars to get an ultrasound. You just need a little time. Today I'm gonna teach you how to do what some call belly mapping, but I call it trusting your instincts because YOU KNOW THIS ALREADY whether you realize it or not.
